Job Desc | • Recruiting and developing agents.
• Recruitment of agents / advisors.
• Meet targets (Weekly, Monthly Quarterly and Yearly)
• Provide feedback to trainers on group and individual development of agents / advisors.
• An Agent / Advisor could be - For Example: House Wife, Chartered Accountant, Entrepreneur, Retired Person, Working people, Property dealer, Shopkeeper etc who would do it on a part-time bases to earn extra income apart from the their regular income from their respective jobs / Businesses) for selling life insurance policies/ product.
• Identify, interview and select new agents. - Undertake joint field work with agents/ advisors and demonstrate successful sales skills.
• Conduct weekly performance review (PRP) with agents.
Help agents / advisors use the successful system and processes for maximizing business from a given target market.
• Development of agent / advisors - prospecting habits, calling habits and work habits through various training program.
• Ensure that agents / advisors under supervision perform as per the company's rules and regulations.
• Supervise the activity plan of all agents / advisors to ensure that these are being fulfilled as per the desired levels. |
